All societies in the world, whether public or private, have the right and capacity to establish their own jurisdiction, law form, court, treasury, and judicial authority.  People are the highest form of Law and contract is the foundation of all law, as the contract makes the law.

Associations have existed for many hundreds of years.  Individuals join as groups of common interest for various reasons and form the foundations of community.   Forming an Association is a responsibility, an honor and a commitment that takes understanding, dedication, and a lot of learning.

Private Member Associations (PMAs) operate based on private law rather than public law.  This means they have autonomy to establish their own rules and guidelines for membership.  Members enter a private contract that outlines their rights and responsibilities within the association.  Being a Member in a Private Association provides protection and privacy of information, transactions, interaction and collaboration that takes place within the Private Member Association.
